Grand Marnier Mini Cakes- small rounds of white cake filled with Grand Marnier Butter cream and iced with an orange flavored poured fondant then garnished with an orange twist
Chocolate Truffle Mini Cakes- small rounds of chocolate cake with chocolate truffle filling and iced with dark chocolate ganache

Buttered Rum Pound Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and Bananas Foster Sauce
Mixed Fruit Flambé- fresh seasonal fruit sauce prepared at serving table, flamed and served over vanilla ice cream
Cherries Jubilee- sweet cherry sauce flamed with brandy and served over a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a goblet
Baked Alaska- small rounds of Honey-Apple Cake topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and piped with a swirl of meringue to resemble a beehive.  The dessert is torched in front of guests and then garnished with honey sauce and a marzipan honeybee.
